Linktel Technologies in Malaysia seeks an experienced Production Leader to ensure timely, quality production outputs. You will supervise multiple lines, coordinate with HQ in Wuhan, and guide a diverse team of 50–60 staff in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or Management and 3–5 years of relevant experience in production management, with strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ensure the timely completion of production tasks within the team, meeting the required quality and quantity standards.
Monitor, report, and handle various production line emergencies and operational issues, ensuring all incidents and actions taken are properly recorded.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate instructions from management, motivate team members, and ensure production targets and standards are met.
Conduct regular inspections of the production line and promptly identify and handle abnormalities, demonstrating strong on-site problem-solving and emergency response capabilities.
Responsible for training, coaching, and guiding department staff to ensure they understand and comply with production requirements and procedures.
Diploma or Degree holder in Manufacturing, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing and production management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with logical and precise thinking.
Responsible, proactive, and capable of taking a leadership role in production operations.
Possess strong analytical, management, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Experience in the optical module or optical device industry is an added advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with Headquarters in Wuhan, China and communicate with a multicultural workforce in Malaysia.
Proven experience in supervising and managing at least two production lines, with an average workforce of 50–60 employees.
