Job summary

Infinity Logistics in Port Klang, Malaysia, is seeking a Production Supervisor to monitor and drive daily manufacturing activities, ensuring targets, quality, and delivery milestones are met. You will lead operators, allocate manpower, and coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues.

With 2–3 years in manufacturing, you will optimize processes, monitor equipment performance, and uphold SOPs and safety standards while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and reporting

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant manufacturing/production experience.
• Experience in production planning, manpower management, process control, and troubleshooting will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily production activities to achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery requirements.
• Supervise production operators and ensure adequate manpower allocation according to production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance, production output, material consumption, and process efficiency.
• Ensure production processes are carried out according to established SOPs, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Engineering, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor production downtime, rejection, wastage, and process abnormalities, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and performance data.
• Ensure proper handling and usage of raw materials to minimize material wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, 5S, and environmental requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement, productivity improvement, cost reduction, and process optimization initiatives.
• Prepare operator schedules and rosters to ensure smooth production operations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior or management.

• Have knowledge of Root Cause Analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
