Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced senior manager for Production/Equipment Maintenance/Process Engineering in the Substrate/PCB/semiconductor/OSAT sector. You will lead multiple departments, ensure compliance, and drive targets with a focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

The role requires a minimum engineering degree and 10+ years in a related leadership position, overseeing large teams, with strong budgeting capabilities and strategic planning abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years in a management role in Production/Equipment Maintenance/Process Engineering.
• Experience supervising >500 employees in Substrate/PCB/semiconductor/OSAT.
• Strong budgeting and cost-estimating knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-department integration to ensure compliance with company rules and expectations.
• Meet business goals and targets while aligning with superiors.
• Drive quality performance, safety, stability, reliability, productivity and cost.
• Plan and implement improvement projects to meet or exceed targets.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in management position of Production/ Equipment Maintenance/Process Engineering department in related industry and handled >500 employees in Substrate/PCB/semiconductor/OSAT related industry
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimating
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals.
• Ability to supervise and train staff, including organizing, prioritising, and scheduling work assignments.
