Job summary

IJM Corporation Berhad Industry Division, led by Industrial Concrete Products Sdn Bhd (ICP), is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee records, quality and training at its Nilai plant in Malaysia.

The role requires no minimum experience and candidates must possess at least SPM or equivalent. Overtime may be required with OT allowance provided, and FIFO material handling will be practiced.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required.
• SPM or equivalent is the minimum education.
• Willing to work at Nilai and handle OT when required.

Responsibilities

• Countercheck and verify records filled by workers/operators
• Monitor workers work quality and progress in program
• Provide necessary training to relevant workers/operators
• Issue MWR for inefficiency/breakdown of factory machinery
• Ensure first in, first out (FIFO) when using the raw materials
