Job summary

IJM Industry offers a structured internship program where students gain hands-on experience across administrative and operational tasks, department-specific projects, data entry, reporting, and documentation. Participants will join meetings and be exposed to company systems and tools while receiving mentorship from assigned supervisors.

The program targets students pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0, and requires commitment to the 3–6 month duration.

• Currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Able to commit to the internship duration.

What we are looking for:

CGPA 3.0 and above (minimum requirement)

Currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

Able to commit to the internship duration

Good communication and teamwork skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Duration: 3–6 months (depending on academic requirements)

Allowance: RM1,200 per month (recommended)

Location: Office-based / Hybrid (depending on department)

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, standard office hours

Mentoring: Each intern will be assigned a supervisor or mentor for guidance
