Job summary

IJM Industry in Nilai is seeking a diligent Monitor for pile defect repairs and production quality oversight. You will follow on-site checks and ensure defective piles are logged and routed to the repair yard, with duties including supervision of pile description and logo stamping.

This entry-level role requires no minimum experience, but candidates should have SPM or equivalent, readiness to work OT, and willingness to be based in Nilai.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
• Able to work overtime when required (OT allowance will be provided).
• Willing to work at Nilai.

Responsibilities

• Monitor on the spot minor pile defect repairs
• Check and ensure defective piles are recorded and sent to repair yard
• Oversee the pile description/logo stamping process
• Monitor quality aspects of all production processes
