Job summary

IJM Corporation Berhad Industry Division, led by Industrial Concrete Products Sdn Bhd (ICP), offers an internship program in a hands-on construction environment. Interns will work on site monitoring, inspections, and daily progress updates under supervision.

Duration is 4–6 months with RM1,200 per month allowance. The program emphasizes learning through mentoring and exposure to documentation, measurements, and coordination with engineers and safety teams.

Qualifications

• CGPA 3.0 and above (minimum requirement).
• Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Able to commit to the internship duration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site monitoring, inspections, and daily progress updates.
• Support documentation such as reports, drawings, and checklists.
• Do basic measurements, quantity take-off, and material checks.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and safety teams.

Duration:

4–6 months (depending on academic requirements)

Allowance:

RM1,200 per month (recommended)

Working Hours:

Monday–Friday, standard office hours

Mentoring:

Each intern will be assigned a supervisor or mentor for guidance
