IJM Corporation Berhad Industry Division, led by Industrial Concrete Products Sdn Bhd (ICP), is a leading manufacturer of high-performance piles in Southeast Asia. IJM Group's Industry Division seeks a Production Engineer to plan pile production, monitor output, manage materials, and support HQ and sales with production planning.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, strong communication, and willingness to travel to client sites and projects.

• Strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Plan for pile production and monitor production output.
• Control materials variance and usage.
• Ensure pile produced according to HQ/work orders from sales.
• Ensure materials are sufficient for production.
• Manage subordinates and delegate tasks accordingly.
• Oversee the infrastructure department and TPM planning.

This position is for ICP Piles is one of the largest manufacturers of high-performance pretensioned spun concrete piles in Southeast Asia , trusted for strength, precision, and innovation.

Your Impact:

To plan for pile production and monitor production output

To control materials variance and usage

To ensure pile produced according to the work given by HQ and sales

To ensure materials are sufficient and able to production

To manage subordinates and able to deligate task accordingly

To manage on the infrastructure department

Do analyzing on the critical machine affecting to the production efficiency

Plan for TPM and monitor effectiveness

Must Have:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification

Strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Good to Have:

Previous experience in construction or industrial equipment sales

Understanding of project management principles

Knowledge of industry procurement processes

Existing network of industry contacts
