Job summary

Magnum Plastic Industry Sdn Bhd, a long-standing plastic manufacturer in Pusing, Perak, is seeking a production-oriented candidate to supervise a small team on the shop floor. The role focuses on meeting output targets while maintaining rigorous safety and 5S standards.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of production experience, strong discipline, and good communication skills, with the ability to work overtime and shifts as required. This is a full-time position based in Perak.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years manufacturing production experience.
• Proven ability to lead a small team of production operators.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and safe operation practices.
• Experience in maintaining and updating production reports/records.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of production operators to achieve the required output and target
• Ensure operators follow safety procedures and operations run safely
• Maintain and timely update of production reports and records
• Ensure the compliance to 5S, maintain production lines and shop floor cleanliness.

• At lease SPM qualification, STPM & Diploma Holder
• Good computer skills such as MICROSOFT OFFICE.
