Job summary

Kyocera AVX Components in Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee one shift of operators, ensuring attendance, qualifications, and achievement of daily and monthly targets. You will prepare weekly management reports and handle welfare administration for the team.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or Engineering with at least 2 years in manufacturing supervision. Experience in production planning is encouraged; 12-hour rotating shifts are involved.

• Minimum 2 years as Supervisor in Manufacturing
• Production Planning experience encouraged
• Able to read/write English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to lead operators to achieve targets
• Able to work in rotating 12-hour shifts
