Job summary

Weidmuller Malaysia is seeking a production planning professional to develop and implement strategies that optimize manpower, machinery, materials, and resources to meet production demand.

The role involves planning capacity, setting targets and KPIs, and monitoring performance to ensure targets are consistently achieved while controlling production costs and expenses.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement effective production strategies, plans and processes to optimize manpower, machinery, materials, and resources.
• Plan and manage production capacity, manpower requirements, equipment, materials and resources in line with production demand.
• Establish production targets, KPIs and performance objectives, and monitor overall performance to ensure targets are achieved.
• Manage and control production costs, including manpower, materials, equipment and operating expenses, while ensuring efficient use of resources.

Responsibilities
