Job summary

AEL Engineering Sdn Bhd in Perak is seeking a qualified engineer to lead production lines and ensure timely, quality manufacturing. Diploma and above in mechanical fields with 2+ years in a mechanical/mechatronics environment are preferred.

You will monitor production, update control charts, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with management directives and ISO requirements. Strong computer literacy is expected, ISO knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in mechanical, material, industrial or mechatronics engineering or any major.

Responsibilities

• Request packaging materials and WIP based on job loaded to production.
• Monitor daily production per schedule.
• Upgrade production productivity.
• Update and generate daily production process control charts and perform analysis and countermeasures.
• Oversee all activities by subordinates to ensure con signed jobs are properly carried out.
• Ensure all directives and policies from management are implemented.
• Foster and coordinate harmonious industrial relations.
• Procure necessary accessories/tools/stationeries for production.
• Perform Line Leader on job training and assessment.
• Conduct Internal Quality Audits as necessary.
• Draft ISO documents related to Production NCT Department - Prod. Assembly.
• Perform other duties as deemed by management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Requesting packaging materials and WIP material base on job loaded to production.
2. Monitoring of daily production as per schedule.
3. Upgrading production productivity.
4. Update and generate daily production process control chart and perform analysis and countermeasure.
5. Overseeing all activities performed by subordinate to ensure all consigned job are properly carried out.
6. To ensure all relevant directives and policies which was circulated by the management are effectively implemented.
7. To foster and coordinate on human relations industrial harmony.
8. To purchase the necessary / relevant accessaries / tools and stationeries related to the production requirement.
9. To perform Line Leader on job training and assessmant.
10. To conduct Internal Quality Audit as and when necessary.
11. To draft all ISO documents related to Production NCT Department - Prod. Assembly when assigned by superior.
12. Performing other duties and responsibilities deem necessary by management.
