Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Production Planner to manage orders and ensure on-time manufacturing. You will develop monthly and weekly production plans, review capacities, and set up the Master Production Schedule in Oracle, balancing budgeted stock with production capacity.

You will monitor WIP and finished goods stock, manage slow-moving inventory, and support quality certifications while collaborating with production, procurement, and customers to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• More than 5 years production planning experience in the automotive industry.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, ensure production runs smoothly and on-time deliveries.
• Monthly/weekly production plan and capacity reviews.
• Set up Master Production Schedule in Oracle considering budgeted stock levels and capacity.
• Organize monthly and weekly production plan meetings and monitor daily production results.
• Control WIP stock and DIO; monitor slow-moving and dead stock and safety stock levels for WIP and finished goods.
• Support IATF and other certifications.
• Build strong working relationships with production, procurement, and customers.

Job description

Manage customer orders, ensure production running smoothly and on time deliveries to customer.

Monthly/weekly production plan and capacities review.

Set up Master Production Schedule in Oracle system under consideration of budgeted stock levels and production capacity.

Organize monthly and weekly production plan meeting, and daily production result monitoring

Able to build good working relationship with everyone, especially with production, material procurement and customers.

WIP stock and DIO control.

Monitor the slow moving and dead stock, control the safety stock level of WIP and finished goods.

Support in IATF and other certifications.

Requirement Profile:

Bachelor's degree in any related field.

Work experiences with ERP- PP module, Oracle knowledge is advantage.

More than 5 years production planning experiences in automotive industry.

Be proficient in excel and PPT.

Interpersonal Competence:

Ability to analysis and solve problem under complex background;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Team work, cross function coordination, diligence and strong sense of responsibility
