Phabritek Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Planner to formulate and adjust daily, weekly and monthly schedules aligned with orders, forecasts, and capacity.
You will coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, process and production teams to ensure material availability and on-time delivery. The role requires 2–3 years in production planning, familiarity with SAP/ERP/MES, Excel, and strong data-analysis skills.
Formulate and adjust daily, weekly and monthly production schedules according to sales orders, market forecasts, material inventory and production capacity, arrange production reasonably, and ensure on-time order delivery.
Responsible for material demand calculation, material follow-up and shortage early warning, coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, process and production teams to resolve material abnormalities and ensure smooth production.
Track real-time production progress, count production achievement rate, identify capacity bottlenecks and delivery delays in a timely manner, coordinate resources to adjust plans and follow up problem closure.
Align with business order demands, synchronize production schedules and delivery cycles, timely update delivery changes and order abnormalities to ensure stable customer delivery.
Sort and statistics production, delivery and material data, prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to provide data support for production optimization and capacity improvement.
Cooperate with production, quality and process departments to handle production abnormalities, rework and shutdown issues, optimize scheduling logic, and reduce delivery delays and capacity waste.
Reasonably control finished and semi-finished product inventory, avoid sluggish material backlog, optimize scheduling based on capacity load, and improve overall production turnover efficiency.
Job Requirement
Diploma or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related fields.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in production planning or production management; experience in electronics/manufacturing industry is a plus.
Familiar with the production planning process and proficient in material planning and production scheduling methods.
Proficient in using SAP /ERP/MES systems, Excel, and other office software, with strong data analysis skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, and a good team spirit, detail-oriented, responsible, and possesses good problem-solving and execution-driving abilities.
