Job summary

EUROVISTA TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD in Penang seeks an experienced Production Planner to prepare and maintain production plans and schedules aligned with customer demand and capacity. Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or a related manufacturing role.
• Good knowledge of production planning, scheduling, inventory, and material requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain production plans and schedules according to customer demand and production capacity.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Engineering, and QA to ensure smooth production flow.
• Monitor material availability, inventory levels, and production progress to avoid delays.
• Review customer orders and prepare production schedules based on delivery requirements and priorities.
• Monitor daily production output and update schedules when there are changes or delays.
• Follow up on material shortages, machine capacity, manpower, and production constraints.
• Reschedule production plans when required due to urgent orders, material shortages, or machine breakdowns.
• Prepare and maintain production planning reports, forecasts, and scheduling records.
• Ensure production plans meet customer delivery dates and company targets.
• Identify potential production delays and coordinate with relevant departments for corrective action.
