Job summary

Job description

We are leading agribusiness group in the Asia Pacific Region and our business activities include agrochemicals, fertilizers and processed food manufacturing and distribution, oil palm, and tropical fruit plantations and real estate development. Responsibilities:

1. Daily Sales Order Received

Monitor and review daily sales orders.

Coordinate with the Supply Chain Department and Store Department on delivery and shipment arrangements.

2. Production Planning and Scheduling

Plan and schedule production based on sales orders, production requirements and required finished goods stock levels.

Monitor inventory levels of finished goods, raw materials and packaging materials to ensure sufficient supply for production.

Manage MRP and production jobs, including running MRP, reviewing recommendations and issuing production jobs to the Production Supervisor.

Review production performance and reports, follow up on discrepancies, and take necessary corrective actions.

3. Inventory Control & Purchasing

Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient materials are available to support production requirements.

Monitor incoming raw materials and supplies and follow up on delivery and shipment status.

4. Administration & Coordination

Liaise with other departments, including Quality Control, Supply Chain, Store and Production, on operational matters.

Prepare and maintain relevant production, inventory and planning reports and documentation.

Participate in stock counts and assist in investigating any inventory discrepancies.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of working experience of related experience.

Knowledge of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) is preferred.

Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Initiative, versatile and able to work independently.

Proficient in MS Office applications.

Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
