Job summary

Sydney Cake House Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Supply Chain Executive to manage the production schedule based on sales orders and capacity, ensuring materials availability and smooth workflow.

You will liaise with purchasing, production and QAQC teams, monitor progress, adjust plans for delays, and prepare daily to monthly production reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Production Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production planning or scheduling, preferably in FMCG/food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and inventory management.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Review and analyze production data, i.e. output rates, downtime, and capacity utilization.

Ensure adherence to delivery deadlines and communicate any schedule changes to relevant departments.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Work closely with QAQC to ensure production meets quality standards.

Perform any ad-hoc tasks assign by Supervisor or Management as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Production Management or any relevant field

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production planning or scheduling (Food Manufacturing/FMCG environment preferred).

Strong knowledge of production processes, inventory management.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and fast pace as and when required.

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Willing to work on Alternate Saturday and Public Holiday as and when required.
