ECCO STEEL INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Production Planner Executive to join our Saleng, Senai facility in Johor. You will develop production plans, schedule materials, and coordinate with Engineering and Sales to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in related fields, strong Excel skills, and good analytical and communication abilities are encouraged to apply.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound understanding of material planning, inventory control, and production scheduling principles.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement production plans to optimize resources and meet production schedules.
Monitor production activities and analyze production schedules to ensure materials are available when needed.
Prepare material schedules and purchase requests based on sales orders.
Plan and manage raw material requirements to ensure uninterrupted production.
Work closely with Engineering and other support departments to resolve production-related issues.
Coordinate with the Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability and product delivery.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and workflow.
