Job summary

Allied Technologies in Malaysia is recruiting a Production Planner to manage master planning, material planning and ERP-driven production schedules. You will coordinate cross‑departmental activities to ensure timely procurement and production milestones, and you will plan and execute production and delivery.

The role requires attention to detail, independence and the ability to work with purchasing, warehouse and logistics teams to secure material availability and on‑time shipments.

Qualifications

• Preferences will be given to candidates who have experience in Production, Material Planning.
• Experience in ERP system is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently.
• Resourceful, independent and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
• Plan and execute production and delivery.
• Create and release production orders and ensure on-time closing of production orders under ERP system.
• Work closely with cross departments to update demand forecast.
• Work with purchasing and warehouse/logistics groups to ensure on-time receipt, delivery of materials and finished goods shipments.
• Monitors and co-ordinates on material shortages, expediting and ensuring material availability to support production plan.
• Any other ad-hoc assignment
