Lifework HR Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Planner to plan daily production schedules and monitor processes within an SAP ERP environment. The role requires collaboration with Material Controller, Production Supervisors, and Department Leaders to ensure timely materials and staffing for production goals.

The ideal candidate will have a business-related degree or diploma and strong communication, time management, and MS Office skills. Manufacturing experience is considered an advantage.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in business-related qualifications.
Good understanding and communication skills.
Good time management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Prepare and plan for daily production schedules.
Monitor production processes in SAP ERP.
Liaise with Material Controller to ensure materials are on time to support production.
Coordinate with Production Supervisor and Department Leader to ensure machinery or staff availability for production planning.
Support production to achieve targets in terms of quality and quantity.
Assist in optimizing production resources.
Ensure production plan is achieved for the respective line.
Prepare monthly productivity reports.
Be aware of risks and opportunities related to the job.

To support production to achieve target in term of quality and quantity.
To assist implementation of the production process to achieve optimisation of resources.
Responsible for production to achieve production plan in respective line.
Responsible for production monthly report especially on productivity info.
Be aware of the risks and opportunities related to the job assigned.
Be aware of the needs and expectation of interested party, the consequences of failure and their impact.
