Job summary

TTM Technologies Malaysia is seeking a Production Operator to support day-to-day manufacturing operations across processes and departments in Penang. You will follow calibrating schedules for equipment, perform loading and unloading of materials, and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

The role includes training new hires, adhering to safety rules, and participating in 5S activities. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and develop skills in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least secondary education, tertiary education or higher in related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist leader in coordinating day to day manufacturing operations within the individual process and department.
• Record Equipment related check list and troubleshoot if has abnormality.
• Training new hired workers (Buddy system)
• Responsible in Loading & Unloading of equipment & material
• Daily 5S on working area – Ensuring the work environment is kept clean & organized
• Chemical Line processes, preventive, start-up and shutdown activities
• Inspection and conduct comprehensive visual inspection
• Any duties as assigned.

Training new hired workers (Buddy system)

Responsible in Loading & Unloading of equipment & material

Daily 5S on working area – Ensuring the work environment is kept clean & organized

Chemical Line processes, preventive, start-up and shutdown activities

Inspection and conductive comprehensive visual inspection

Any duties as assigned.
