Job summary

TTM Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional in Penang to arrange inspection and testing for shipment products, handle abnormalities, and communicate findings. The role supports improvement initiatives and data-driven quality programs for customers and internal processes.

You will contribute to certification activities and provide timely reports to customers, while following up on inquiries and ensuring compliance with TTM quality standards.

Qualifications

• Science majors: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics.
• Engineering degrees across EE, ME, ChemE, Materials, Computer Engineering, Automation Technology, etc.

Responsibilities

• Arrange inspection and testing for shipment products according to the delivery schedule.
• Handle quality abnormalities identified during product inspection and communicate findings to supervisors and relevant departments.
• Actively participate in improvement initiatives in response to customer feedback and track improvement effectiveness.
• Regularly collect, compile, and analyze quality inspection data for shipped products and support quality efforts for customers and internal processes.
• Provide relevant reports to customers and respond to and follow up on inquiries raised via email.
• Follow up on certification board testing and other certification activities related to FQA for various customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Handle quality abnormalities identified during product inspection; promptly communicate product information to supervisors and relevant departments and follow up on resolution.

Actively participate in improvement initiatives in response to internal and external customer feedback, implement actions according to plan, and track improvement effectiveness.

Regularly collect, compile, and analyze quality inspection data for shipped products, and support quality improvement efforts for customers and internal processes.

Provide relevant reports to customers, respond to and follow up on various customer inquiries raised via email.

Follow up on certification board testing and other certification activities related to FQA for various customers.

Performs other duties as assigned.
