Job summary

TTM Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a senior Process Engineering leader in Penang, responsible for Capex budgeting, capacity updates, and machine installation/qualification.

You will lead the engineering team to deliver quality improvements for internal and external customers. Candidates should have engineering degrees with managerial experience, strong English, and Chinese language abilities for cross-border communication with sister plants in China.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or/and Master Degree in Engineering from Electrical, Mechanical and Chemical preferred. Other engineering disciplines considered.
• Master Degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science) accepted; ISO9001, ISO14001 Internal Auditor certification would be a bonus.

Job description

In charge of process engineering activities, including Capex budget planning, Capacity update, Machine installation and qualification

Quality improvement project

Leading all engineers and people developing to satisfy internal and external customers.

Education, Qualification Requirements

Bachelor or/and Master Degree in Engineering from Electrical, Mechanical and Chemical would be preferred. Other engineering disciplines would also be considered.

Master Degree in Science especially under Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science would be accepted.ISO9001, ISO14001 Internal Auditor Certification would be an added bonus.

Working Experience Requirements

Understood Printed Circuit Boards processes would be an added advantage, related and relevant experiences in semiconductor, wafer fabrication industries would also be considered.

At least 5 years experiences in a managerial position whereby critical people management skills would be essential.

Previous experiences in process troubleshooting, capacity utilization and process optimization would be strongly desirable.

Experience in working with major OEM customers in the US as well as in Europe while being well-versed in their product requirements and specifications would be an added advantage.

Skill & Knowledges Requirements

Able to converse and read Chinese would be advantageous since the position would require frequent communication with the sister plants over in China.

Good proficiency in English is needed.
