Job summary

TTM Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Security Supervisor to monitor and supervise daily security operations, including posts, patrols, and access control, ensuring adherence to SOPs.

The candidate should hold a minimum Diploma and have at least 3 years of security experience, preferably in manufacturing or large facilities. You will liaise with facilities teams, respond to incidents, and maintain security records.

Responsibilities

Job description

Monitor and supervise daily security operations, ensuring all security posts, patrol activities, and access control procedures are performed in accordance with company policies and SOPs.

Respond promptly to security incidents, conduct preliminary investigations, prepare accurate incident reports, and escalates significant issues to Security Management when necessary.

Operate and monitor CCTV surveillance and access control systems to ensure the safety and security of company employees, visitors, contractors, and assets.

Manage employee, visitor, and contractor access, including access card issuance, registration, and compliance with site security requirements.

Review CCTV recordings and security records to support investigations, incident resolution, and management inquiries.

Maintain accurate security documentation, including daily logbooks, incident reports, patrol records, access records, and shift handover reports.

Coordinate and support new employee onboarding activities related to security registration, access arrangements, security briefings, and related administrative processes.

Conduct routine inspections and audits of security activities to ensure compliance with company security standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Support emergency response, evacuation exercises, and business continuity activities, ensuring timely coordination with relevant departments during emergencies.

Liaise with internal departments, external security service providers, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure effective security operations and issue resolution.

Assist in security audits, investigations, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen site security performance.

Provide shift supervision and guidance to security personnel when assigned, ensuring duties are properly executed and operational coverage is maintained at all times.

Education, Qualification Requirements

Minimum Diploma in any relevant discipline.

Qualification in Security Management, Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, Occupational Safety & Health, or related fields will be an added advantage.

Working Experience Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in security operations, security administration, or site security management.

Experience in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, logistics, or large-scale facility environments is preferred.

Experience in CCTV monitoring, access control systems, incident management, and security compliance activities is an advantage.
