Job summary

TTM Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform routine building maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

You will carry out inspections, basic repairs, and coordinate with external contractors to ensure safety and reliability. The role requires a certificate or diploma in a relevant field, hands-on troubleshooting, and the ability to respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Maintenance or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of facility/building maintenance experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and facility systems; hands-on troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain toilets, basins, and drainage systems.
• Daily checks on vertical transport equipment and related components.
• Coordinate with external contractors for servicing and inspections.
• Inspect walls, floors, roofs for cracks or water leaks; patching and waterproofing.
• Paint and touch up work; door, window, and pass box repair.

Job description

Maintain toilets, basins, and drainage systems.

Vertical Transport (Lifts/Shutter Door/ Loading Bay)

Daily visual checks on vertical equipment.

Handle emergency entrapments and basic maintenance like greasing.

Coordinate with external contractors for servicing and inspections.

Inspect walls, floors, roofs, and modular joints for cracks or water leaks.

Do minor patching, grouting, and waterproofing.

Painting & touch up work.

Partition wall opening.

Door, window, and pass box repair

Qualifications

Certificate, Diploma, or Technical/Vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Maintenance, Facilities Management, or related fields.

Minimum 1 year of relevant facility/building maintenance experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of plumbing, building maintenance, and facility systems.

Hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills.

Able to work independently and respond to facility emergencies when required.
