Job summary

TTM Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Project Coordinator/Engineer to maintain project schedules, milestones, and management dashboards. You will support resource planning, capacity planning, CapEx tracking, and ROI analysis.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2–3 years of related experience. You will communicate in English and Mandarin with suppliers and stakeholders, and use Excel, PowerPoint, and PM tools to report progress and drive on-time delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related discipline).

2–3 years of relevant working experience in project management, manufacturing, or engineering.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management/tracking tools.

Able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) to support collaboration with suppliers and regional stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of project or program management methodologies.

Experience in data analysis and dashboard reporting.

Exposure to manufacturing, operations, or the semiconductor industry.

PCB manufacturing knowledge is an added advantage.
