Job summary

Private Advertiser in Subang Jaya, Selangor is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations on a full-time basis. You will oversee production activities, manage scheduling, and drive efficiency on the production floor while upholding quality standards and a safe work environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in production management, strong skills in planning, lean methods, and ERP systems, and a proven ability to motivate teams and report on KPI

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

This is a strategic position within our manufacturing operations, where you will oversee production activities, manage scheduling, and ensure optimal efficiency across our production floor.
