Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of practical work experience in a related position.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, IATF16949, VDA6.3 and QC080000 standards.
• Experience implementing lean production and proficient use of manufacturing management tools.

Responsibilities

• Organize and implement production activities according to the monthly production plan.

• Manage production technology and process revisions to optimize operations.
• Oversee daily management of process equipment.
• Procure, maintain and manage equipment to meet production needs.

• Monitor performance and lead improvements to meet targets.

Position Title : Production Manager

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM10,000 – RM15,000

Responsibilities

• Organize and implement production activities according to the monthly production plan to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage production processes in accordance with quality system requirements, ensuring effective implementation of quality system and management document requirements.
• Build and train the team; responsible for team development and internal training.
• Manage and improve production technology and processes, and approve revisions to operation instructions.
• Oversee the daily management of the process equipment class.
• Responsible for equipment procurement, maintenance, and management to ensure equipment is in good operating condition to meet production requirements.
• Responsible for personnel, 5S, and safety management within the scope of responsibility, ensuring a good production order and a safe working environment.
• Coordinate and communicate horizontally and vertically to ensure efficient and smooth operations within the region.
• Responsible for the daily operation and operational performance of the department, including safety, quality, delivery, and cost within the region. Develop corresponding goals and action plans based on group and company strategic plans. Monitor weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly operational performance and lead the team in improvement efforts to achieve performance goals.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical work experience in a related position.
• Knowledge of quality systems, including familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, and QC080000 standards (3 or more).
• Experience in implementing lean production and proficient application of manufacturing management tools like lean production.
