Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Production Manager to lead the printing production team across all departments, overseeing pre-press, offset and flexo printing, finishing, and packaging to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with planning and purchasing, monitor machinery, enforce safety, and drive continuous improvements while liaising with QA, sales, and customer service to resolve production issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Printing Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5–8 years in a production role within the printing industry.
• Strong knowledge in printing processes: offset, flexographic, digital, or screen printing.
• Familiar with pre-press (CTP, color calibration), printing machines (Heidelberg, Komori, HP Indigo, etc.), and finishing machines (die-cutting, binding, lamination).
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

About you
