Job summary

Hosen Chocolate in Kulai, Johor, is seeking a Production Monitor to oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth operations on site. The role includes coordinating manpower and material requirements, maintaining cleanliness of the production area and equipment, and reporting any non-conformance to the production supervisor.

You will maintain production records for traceability and assist the Food Safety Team Leader on food safety matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM and above in any related discipline.
• Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia & English.

• Monitor, arrange and perform daily production activities
• Arrange and organize manpower and material required for production.
• Ensure cleanliness of production area, tool/utility, equipment/machinery
• Report any non-conformance issue to production supervisor
• To maintain and retain production record for traceability purpose
• Report matters involving food safety should to Food Safety Team Leader.
