Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a production supervisor to organize daily production activities and ensure GMP compliance. You will update ERP/SQL data, oversee machine setup, and coordinate with QA, Warehouse, and other departments to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires at least 2 years in a supervisory GMP environment, strong leadership and English communication skills, and a willingness to work overtime. Subang Jaya, Selangor location implied.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in a production supervisory role (GMP environment preferred).
• Practical knowledge of ERP/SQL system and GMP documentation.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in English for professional communication.
• Willing to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise daily production activities and team schedule
• Ensure compliance with GMP and maintain all production and IPQC documentation
• Update production data accurately in the ERP/SQL system
• Perform in-process quality checks and troubleshoot production issues
• Oversee machine setup, basic maintenance and repair coordination
• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient production floor (5S)
• Collaborate effectively with QA, Warehouse and other departments to ensure smooth operations
