Job summary

SC NEW ENERGY MALAYSIA Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily line operations, assign tasks, monitor output, and enforce SOP compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years in manufacturing, with strong leadership and communication skills; Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia are valued. Willingness to work shifts and overtime is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• 2-3 years in manufacturing; team leader experience is a plus
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic computer skills and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily line operations - assign tasks, monitor output, and ensure SOP compliance
• Maintain product quality and workflow efficiency
• Conduct on-the-job training for production operators
• Enforce safety and workplace cleanliness (5S/7S)
• Track attendance, discipline, and worker performance
• Resolve production issues and minimise downtime
• Prepare daily production reports
• Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and warehouse teams
• Carry out other duties as assigned

About you
