Job summary

ALPHA PET TRADING SDN. BHD. is seeking a Store Operator / Production Assistant in Malaysia to manage packing, shipping, and stock checks, while ensuring accurate records and smooth warehouse workflows.

You will assist in inbound and outbound processes, prepare orders for delivery, and maintain inventory accuracy. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. Working days are Monday to Friday with Saturday on an alternating basis.

• Hardworking with responsibilities and teamwork.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
• Experience in a Warehouse environment is an advantage.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to follow superior instruction.
• Training will be provided for those with or without experience.

Responsibilities

• Estimate dimensions for shipment and respond to inquiries.
• Handle packing and shipping related tasks.
• Responsible for stock take and inventory checks.
• Inspect goods received and dispatched against purchase orders or invoices; maintain records.
• Manage incoming and outgoing materials based on delivery orders and packing lists.
• Prepare goods for delivery and update stock inventory in the warehouse.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the company.
• Strong teamwork and reliability to support daily warehouse operations.

Job description

Estimate dimension for shipment & attend to all inquiry purpose.

Packing and Shipping related work.

Responsible for stock take.

Checks goods received and for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods, and rejects unsatisfactory items.

To manage and inspect all incoming and outgoing materials based on D/O and Packing List.

Retrieving and prepare goods for delivery.

Checking and updating of stock inventory in the warehouse.

Responsible for any other duties assigned by the company from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Experience working in a Warehouse environment would be an advantage.

Responsible, discipline & able follow superior instruction

With or without working experience. Training will be provided.
