SEA COMMERCE SDN. BHD. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day fulfilment for e-commerce clients across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada in Subang Jaya. You will lead the floor team and handle client reporting and administration to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse/fulfilment with supervisory experience, strong WMS/ERP knowledge, and excellent Excel skills. Fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia are expected; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Background in e-commerce or 3PL operations; understands cost of SLA breaches.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day fulfilment across inbound, storage, pick/pack, outbound and returns.
• Operate and maintain WMS and ERP, including SKU setup and stock movements.
• Enforce PDA scanning at every touchpoint: receiving to dispatch.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and root-cause investigations.
• Ensure stock reconciliation with no unexplained gaps.
• Receive and verify shipments against POs and packing lists.
• Plan putaway, location discipline and space utilisation.
• Keep client stock segregated, no cross-brand mixing.
• Meet platform dispatch SLAs across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada; manage first-mile cut-offs.
• Oversee end-to-end returns: receiving, inspection, grading, restocking or write-off.
• Plan manpower and capacity around campaigns; roster floor team.

Job description

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to run day-to-day fulfilment for our e-commerce clients across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada — covering inbound, storage, pick and pack, outbound, and returns. This role owns both the warehouse floor and the numbers behind it. It suits someone who has managed a fulfilment operation before and is equally comfortable leading a team on the floor and handling client reporting and administration.

Operate and maintain the WMS and ERP, including SKU setup, bin locations, and stock movements/adjustments

Enforce PDA scanning at every touchpoint — receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch

Own inventory accuracy: run cycle counts, investigate variances, and close them with documented root causes

Ensure system and physical stock stay reconciled, with no unexplained gaps carried forward

Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists

Manage putaway, location discipline, and space utilisation across the facility

Maintain strict segregation of client stock, with no cross-brand mixing

Meet platform dispatch SLAs across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada, including first-mile pickup cut-offs

Manage the end-to-end returns process: receiving, inspection, grading, restocking, or write-off

Plan manpower and capacity around campaign peaks and roster the floor team

About you

3+ years of experience in warehouse or fulfilment operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role

Working knowledge of WMS and ERP systems, with hands‑on experience in PDA scanning workflows

Background in e-commerce or 3PL operations, with a clear understanding of the cost of platform SLA breaches

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills — able to build reports, not just fill them in

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage given our client base
