Responsibilities

• Inbound: oversee receiving, verify quantities, organize put-away, dock scheduling, resolve discrepancies, maintain area cleanliness.
• Outbound: manage picking/packing, ensure accuracy, coordinate with carriers, manage shipping docs, address delivery exceptions.
• Inventory Management: lead cycle counts, resolve variances, enforce FIFO/FEFO, optimize stock locations, use WMS/ERP for real-time tracking.

We're expanding our operations and hiring multiple Senior Warehouse Executive located in Bukit Raja, Klang. The final position level will be assessed based on the candidate's experience and overall suitability.

Working pattern & location:

• Working hours pattern: 45 working hours weekly, rotational shift schedule, overtime if required
• Working location: Bukit Raja, Klang

Job Description:

1. Inbound

• Manage the efficient and accurate receiving process, ensuring timely acceptance of all incoming shipments (e.g., raw materials, finished goods, packaging).
• Verify product quantities, condition, and documentation against purchase orders/shipping documents.
• Oversee efficient and safe put-away of received inventory into designated storage locations.
• Manage dock scheduling and coordinate with carriers for efficient unloading and turnaround.
• Identify and resolve receiving discrepancies (e.g., damaged goods, missing items, incorrect shipments).
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.

2. Outbound

• Oversee the accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality packaging to meet delivery standards.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers for timely dispatch and manage shipping documentation.
• Monitor outbound shipments for on-time delivery and address any delivery exceptions.
• Manage return processing and re-stocking of returned items.
• Maintain a clean and organized outbound processing area.

3. Inventory Management

• Lead cycle count activities and continuous inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy (target 98%+).
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Implement and enforce inventory control processes (e.g., FIFO, FEFO) to minimize shrinkage and obsolescence.
• Manage stock locations, re-slotting, and space optimization.
• Utilize WMS/ERP systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with planning teams on inventory forecasting and demand planning as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant years of working experience in specialized in warehousing background - proven experience (minimum 3+ years) in supervising or leading operations within a high-volume distribution center, 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment, or manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Excellent computer skills such as Google Sheet and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders.
• Plan for manpower hiring during campaign days.
