Job summary

Rigel Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd invites applications for an Operations Executive who will manage end-to-end order fulfilment, coordinating inventory, logistics, production and customer requirements from our Petaling Jaya office.

You will review orders, forecast demand, monitor delivery timelines and contribute to process improvements while ensuring compliance with contracts and company policies, working closely with internal teams to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the same capacity preferably in building industry with knowledge of contractual terms and agreements.
• Working knowledge and experience in SAP system.
• Meticulous in planning, good communication and problem solving skills.
• Analytical, proactive, customer service oriented and result-driven.

Responsibilities

• Review all orders for inventory availability and delivery date requirements.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring inquiries and orders are processed according to customer requirements and company policies.
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations to meet organizational goals.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Review contracts and agreements to ensure obligations are met.
• Manage the Order Fulfillment operations planning process, including supply/demand forecasting, inventory management, and executing customer orders.
• Conduct regular meetings with internal departments to review project, production, and procurement updates.
• Provide analysis and solutions for overcoming shortfalls from targets.
