The role focuses on overseeing daily production, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure safe, compliant operations. The ideal candidate will have a chemical engineering degree and at least 3 years in production, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in production/manufacturing, chemical/pharma preferred.
• Knowledge of quality control and process improvement.

We are seeking a dedicated Production Executive (exp in Chemical Eng/Pharmaceutical industry) to join our team at COSMOS PERSONAL CARE (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. in Tanjung Langsat Johor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in our Chemical Engineering operations.

Job Description :

• Overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day production activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and product quality
• Monitoring and analyzing production data to identify trends and optimize processes
• Liaising with cross-functional teams to resolve any production-related issues
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Providing training and guidance to production staff to develop their skills and knowledge
• Assisting in the development and implementation of production plans and strategies

Qualifications :

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, preferably in the Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and process improvement techniques
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels
• Proficient in the use of production management software and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
