COSMOS PERSONAL CARE (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Production Executive with chemical engineering/ pharmaceutical industry experience in Tanjung Langsat, Johor.

The role focuses on overseeing daily production, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure safe, compliant operations. The ideal candidate will have a chemical engineering degree and at least 3 years in production, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in production/manufacturing, chemical/pharma preferred.
• Knowledge of quality control and process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in production management software and data analysis.
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure efficiency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity.
• Monitor production data to identify trends and optimize processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide training to staff to develop skills and knowledge.
• Assist in development and execution of production plans.
