Job summary

HONSON INDUSTRY SDN BHD is seeking a Production Executive to help plan and control manufacturing activities in Malaysia. You will develop and maintain detailed production schedules, coordinate with sales, store and operations, and ensure timely availability of materials to meet customer demand.

The role requires 2–3 years of production experience, fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a strong focus on efficiency, inventory control, and safety compliance within a busy production

Qualifications

• More than 2-3 years of experience in production industry or related field preferred.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Collaborate with sales, store, and operations teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule adherence.
• Utilize forecasting techniques and historical data to predict future material and production needs. Place purchase request and order once management approved.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize carrying costs while preventing stockouts.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Communicate production plans and updates effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations within the production environment
