Responsibilities

• Monitor production progress, work-in-process status, and output performance to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality requirements
• Collect, analyze, and interpret production data; prepare reports and improvement proposals
• Develop and implement SOPs, work instructions, and control plans
• Lead process optimization, cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, and continuous improvement activities
• Participate in new process or product introduction, qualification, and production ramp-up activities
• Maintain accurate manufacturing records, production documentation, and SOPs
• Prepare, analyze, and distribute production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to management
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to enhance product performance and reduce defects
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives
• Ensure a safe working environment and good 5S practice

Education

About you

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant production/manufacturing experience

Experience in production planning, process improvement and troubleshooting
