Perusahaan Getah Asas in Malaysia seeks a results-driven Process Improvement professional to lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will analyze processes, drive cost reductions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable improvements.
The role requires strong data analysis skills, proficiency with Excel, Minitab, and Power BI, and experience in a manufacturing environment. Green or Black Belt certification is preferred.

Former Management: Monitor former inventory, movements, replacements, and stock reconciliation.
Production Planning: Prepare monthly and daily production plans, monitor output against targets, and allocate manpower effectively.
Production Coordination: Coordinate daily requirements with Compounding, QA, Laboratory, and Plant Engineering & Maintenance.
Process & Performance Monitoring: Monitor production output, former ratio, machine uptime, line speed, process parameters, and order fulfilment.
Raw Materials & Utilities: Ensure sufficient raw materials and monitor daily usage of gas, electricity, and water.
Quality Management: Monitor DPM/AQL, investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/improvement actions.
Sorting Activities: Monitor sorting output and ensure gloves are properly prepared for QA testing, scrapping, or lower-grade sales.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Report equipment issues, inspect lines after preventive maintenance, and support root cause investigations.
Audit & Compliance: Prepare audit documentation and ensure compliance with quality, safety, social compliance, environmental, and production requirements.
Customer Complaints: Investigate and close customer complaints with QA and drive continuous improvement to reduce complaints.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
2–5+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, manufacturing, or continuous improvement roles.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.
Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Proven ability to perform root cause analysis using tools including Fishbone, 5 Whys, FMEA, and Value Stream Mapping.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
Experience in project management and change management is a plus.
Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
