Job summary

The Origin Foods Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Operations/Sales Coordination professional to manage sales orders, production status, and delivery schedules. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and maintain accurate sales, customer, inventory, and order records.

You will also monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, handle inquiries, and support daily operations and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business-related field at least.
• 2–4 years in business operations, sales coordination, customer service, or manufacturing preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills required.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on Sales Orders, production status, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
• Maintain accurate sales, customer, inventory, and order records.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with relevant teams for stock replenishment.

Experience in food manufacturing/OEM environment is an added advantage.
