Job summary

The Origin Foods Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior HR & Admin Executive to lead daily HR operations across recruitment, payroll, compliance, and admin functions in our Malaysia manufacturing setting. You will partner with production and support teams to implement HR policies, manage statutory contributions, and drive employee relations, training, and development while ensuring compliance with local labour laws.

A Diploma or Bachelor's in HR/Business is required along with 3-5 years of relevant

• 3–5 years HR experience; manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Handle employee relations, queries and grievances.
• Identify training needs and arrange development programs.
• Administer payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp).
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and maintain HR policies/SOPs.
• Support production teams with foreign worker permits and welfare.
• Oversee office facilities, licenses and staff welfare.

Senior Human Resources & Admin Executive

Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll, and compliance. This role supports the company’s workforce and ensures compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate hiring, manage postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters; drive engagement activities.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs; organize compliance and skill building programs.
• Payroll & Benefits: Administer payroll, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD Corp).
• Compliance & Policies: Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian Employment Act; maintain HR policies, SOPs, and documentation.
• Factory HR Support: Support production and operational teams; manage foreign worker permits, accommodation, and welfare.
• Administration: Oversee office facilities, licenses, and staff welfare programs.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, Experience in Manufacturing environments will be highly advantageous.

Good leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.
