Job summary

Dua Ains Cake Batik in Shah Alam invites applications for a Cake Production Crew role. You will prepare and produce cake batik and desserts, measure and organize ingredients, assist in decorating, packaging, and ensure quality and presentation across daily outputs.

We seek reliable individuals with a minimum SPM or equivalent, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and willing to work weekends. Fresh graduates are welcome; training provided to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates or candidates without experience are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
• Prior bakery/food production experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce cake batik and desserts according to recipes and SOPs.
• Measure, prepare, and organize ingredients for daily production.
• Assist in food preparation, decorating, cutting, portioning, and packaging of products.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of products.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen/production area.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
• Support inventory checking and stock arrangement when required.
• Follow production schedules to meet daily order demands.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Responsibilities :

Prepare and produce cake batik and desserts according to company recipes and SOPs

Measure, prepare, and organize ingredients for daily production

Assist in food preparation, decorating, cutting, portioning, and packaging of products

Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of products

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen/production area

Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products

Support inventory checking and stock arrangement when required

Follow production schedules to meet daily order demands

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management

Requirements :

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent

Prior experience in bakery, dessert, kitchen, food production, or F&B industry is an added advantage

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsible, hardworking, and able to follow instructions

Good teamwork and positive working attitude

Able to work on weekends and public holidays if required
