Job summary

Dua Ains Cake Batik in Shah Alam is looking for a responsible Operation Crew to support daily business operations. You will handle customer orders from walk-ins and online channels, prepare products for collection or delivery, and ensure accurate packing and labeling.

You will also help manage stock, maintain a clean workspace, and coordinate with riders for delivery if required. Training will be provided for fresh graduates who show initiative.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent is required.
• Experience in F&B/retail/operations is a plus.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle customer orders via walk-ins, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Assist with order processing, packing, labeling, and delivery preparation.
• Coordinate orders and ensure correct quantities and delivery schedules.
• Monitor stock and replenish packaging materials and supplies.
• Keep operation areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Coordinate deliveries with riders or couriers as needed.
• Provide friendly customer service and respond to inquiries.
