We are hiring a Production Planner to assist in developing and maintaining schedules based on forecasts and inventory levels. You will monitor WIP/FG, update records, and help ensure timely shipments while supporting improvement initiatives and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in any related field.
• Analytical abilities to analyze data and support decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills for prioritizing tasks and workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for collaboration.
• Familiarity with production planning software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and Excel.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Entry-level suitable for recent graduates with 1+ years in planning/ops preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining production schedules based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.
• Monitor WIP and FG levels and update records to maintain accurate stock information.
• Update FG list based on status and shipping plan; ensure warehouse shipments run smoothly.
• In charge of product traceability when needed.
• Support FG replacement processes.
• Assist senior planners in analyzing production efficiency and suggesting improvements.
• Resolve production issues in consultation with senior team members.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align production plans with business goals.

• 8.Prepare reports and presentations for management review
• 9.Participate in cross-functional meetings to align production plans with business goals
