Job summary

Wistron is seeking a capable Lead in Production Planning to oversee scheduling, capacity management, and supply chain coordination from Port Klang, Selangor. You will collaborate with buyers, fulfillment and production teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimize KPIs across the department.

The role requires a degree or diploma in supply chain or related fields, strong English and Bahasa Melayu, and at least 5 years' experience in production planning or related areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning or related field.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Job Requirements :-

At least 5 years of experience in production planning, production control, supply chain management, warehouse operations or related field is an advantage. Knowledge of production scheduling, inventory control and supply chain operations. added advantage.

Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, coordination and leadership skills.

Able to work effectively under pressure and in a cross-functional environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). SAP knowledge is an added advantage.

Willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor.
