Job summary

Success Electronics & Transformer Manufacturer Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Production Planner to join our team. You will confirm delivery dates, verify material availability, and create production schedules based on orders, inventory, and capacity.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree, has 1–2 years in production planning (fresh graduates welcome), is familiar with ERP, and shows strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred, fresh graduates welcomed.
• Preference for production control and QEMS audit experience.
• Familiar with ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Confirm delivery date and verify material availability through ERP or stock.
• Create and maintain production schedules based on orders, inventory and capacity.
• Execute daily production planning to ensure manpower and material supply.
• Issue and distribute job orders to relevant departments.
• Prepare weekly production planning.
• Control and monitor raw material supply.
• Prepare monthly raw material planning stock list and plan purchases.
• Coordinate with departments on lead times and incoming material dates.
• Prepare ISO documentation as required.
• Coordinate with Document Control Officer on QEMS issues.
• Prepare weekly production stock list and other performance docs.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our growing team!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Confirm delivery date and verify material availability through the ERP system or physical stock.

Create and maintain Production Schedules based on incoming orders, inventory levels and production capacity.

Execute daily production planning to ensure sufficient manpower and material supply.

Issue and distribute job order to relevant departments.

Prepare weekly production planning.

Control and monitor raw material supply.

Prepare monthly raw material planning stock list and plan purchases accordingly.

Coordinate with other departments on lead times, scheduling and incoming date for raw materials.

Prepare ISO documentation, as required.

Coordinate with Document Control Officer on QEMS issues.

Prepare weekly production stock list and other performance documentation, as needed.

Other relevant ad-hoc functions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree in any field.

Preference for candidate with 1 - 2 years of relevant experience, but fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Preference for production control and QEMS audit experience.

Familiar with ERP systems.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Application software (Word, Excel, etc.).

Strong leadership and good interpersonal abilities.
