Job summary

Prefab Metal Sdn Bhd in Johor is seeking a diligent Inventory Clerk to manage inbound and outbound shipments, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely re-orders.

You will enter data into the inventory system, generate routine reports, and provide purchasing and store support. The role requires practical computer skills and willingness to work at SEELONG/SENAI. Training is provided to learn our systems.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Applicant must willing to work in SEELONG, SENAI.

Responsibilities

• Handle of incoming and outgoing shipments of goods & materials.
• Determines minimum stock requirements; monitor inventory; re-order as necessary to maintain minimum levels.
• Performs inventory counts, able to handling material inventory knowledge of basic computer operations and ability to learn and use computerized inventory control systems.
• Enters data into computerized inventory system, produces routine reports, delivery order, sales order, daily productivity report, machine efficiency, material issue, invoice, purchase request and purchase order.
• Provide administrative support on purchasing & store related task.
• Liaise with Singapore HQ team in schedule.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned.
