Job summary

SAM Engineering & Equipment (M) Bhd is seeking a warehouse/receiving staff in Penang. You will record delivery orders, verify invoices, and ensure stock is accurately received, stored, and updated in the system.

Responsibilities include liaising with suppliers, ensuring correct part numbers, and maintaining proper filing. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and collaboration with finance and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehousing processes and documentation.
• Ability to verify quantity and part numbers against Delivery Orders and invoices.
• Strong calculation and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record delivery orders in the system.
• Check invoices against physical goods and issue to finance.
• Maintain filing for Delivery Orders and Subcon Vouchers.
• Ensure on-time, accurate receiving of purchase orders.
• Label, store, and update stock in system and in physical locations.
• Ship goods with correct quantities and part numbers to destinations.
• Liaise with vendors on RTV and secondary processes.
• Assist in packing shipment parts and other tasks as assigned.

Job description

Receiving Delivery Orders from supplier and recording into Syteline system.

Perform checking on invoice and ensure physical goods received are tally with delivery orders and invoice, before passing them to finance.

Responsible for keeping records and maintain proper filing for Delivery Orders and Subcon Issue Voucher.

Ensure on time and accurate receiving of purchase orders.

Ensure all stock are handled and stored with proper label at their designated place.

Ensure all stock in system are updated and tally with physical stock.

Ensure goods received in good condition as per the good condition.

Ensure on time and accurate issuance of raw material and hardware as per request.

Ensure all finished goods received in proper labelled.

Ensure correct quantity and part number as per Delivery Order are being shipped to the correct destination.

Liaise with Vendor on secondary process / RTV and ensure the parts are returned as per schedule.

Arrangement for packing on shipment parts.

Any other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

SPM / SVM/ SKM/ Diploma

At least 2 years related working experience preferable in manufacturing environment.

Familiar with Warehousing System and documentation.

Good in calculation
